Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Astro Nova account and all associated personal data at any time, free of charge.
What gets deleted:- Your profile (name, email, birth data)
- Your saved kundli & chart history
- Your AI chat history & persona memory
- Your streak, achievements & gamification data
- Your subscription record (the subscription itself is managed by Google Play — see step 4 below)
- Your push token & notification preferences
What is retained briefly:- Anonymized analytics & crash data (unlinked from your identity)
- Financial records required by law (purchase receipts) — kept by Google Play, not by us
Method 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open The Astro Nova app on your phone.
- Tap Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account.
- Type
DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account. - Your account is immediately marked for deletion. After a 30-day grace period (during which you can sign in to cancel), all personal data is hard-deleted by our automated purge job (runs daily at 02:00 UTC).
Method 2: Email request
If you cannot open the app, email privacy@runaiintelligence.com from the address registered with your account. Include the subject "Delete my Astro Nova account". We will process the request within 7 days.
Step 4 — Cancel your Google Play subscription (if applicable)
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not by us. Deleting your Astro Nova account does not automatically cancel a Play subscription. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select The Astro Nova → Cancel subscription.
